20 years ago, I opened the doors to Tortilleria El Molino in Concord. My dream was to provide fresh and authentic Mexican food to friends, family, and neighbors. My formula is simple: offer the best Mexican food possible by using fresh produce, veggies, and great meat.
Besides making great food, I enjoy spending time with my family and watching the San Francisco 49ers. Go niners!
